摘要
在法学专业的课堂教学中,为了更明白地解释问题,引用相关的辅助资料是非常必要的。这些教学辅助资料主要由案例、法律法规、学术论文(报告)、辅助教材、经典著作、音频视频资料等几类构成,教师在引用这些辅助资料的时候应当注意辅助资料的相关性、合适性、权威性等三个方面的问题。在辅助资料的建设方面,在充分利用电子资源的同时,不应忽视传统的纸质资料,它在教学中有着电子资料无法替代的作用。
In the law teaching classroom, a teacher often cites some relevant assistant data in order to more clearly explain prob- lems. The teaching assistant data are made up of cases, regulations, papers, teaching materials, classic wrritings, audio and vid- eo data etc. when citing these assistant data, a teacher should pay more attention to assistant data' s relativity, well - formed ness and authority. In the construction of auxiliary data, the traditional paper documents can not be overviewed because it's key role in teaching.
