摘要
将经偶联剂处理的纳米硼酸铅粉体,借助超声波均匀分散于聚酰胺酸溶液中,制备出不同含量的纳米硼酸铅/PI复合薄膜,测试了复合薄膜的热稳定性,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察纳米颗粒在薄膜中的分散性。结果表明:纳米硼酸铝/PI复合薄膜的热稳定性高于纯PI薄膜,纳米硼酸铅均匀分散在PI基体中,表观粒径约为60 nm。
To prepare PI/nano Pb(BO_2)_2 hybrid films with different Pb(BO_2)_2 contents,the nano Pb(BO_2)_2 treated by coupling agent was dispersed uniformly in polyamic acid by ultrasonic wave.The thermal stability were tested,and the dispersity of the nano Pb(BO_2)_2 was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that the thermal stability of PI/ nano Pb(BO_2)_2 hybrid films was higher than those of pure PI film,and the nano Pb(BO_2)_2 particles were dispersed homogeneously in PI matrix with particle size enwraped in 60 nm.
