摘要
目的应用Meta分析方法评价分子线性探针法诊断耐多药结核病的准确性。方法应用MetaDiSc1.4软件分析纳入的11个独立研究。结果纳入的11个研究间存在非阈值效应引起的异质性,拟合sROC曲线,AUC=0.9820,Q指数=0.9410,合并诊断比数比=366.71(Cochran-Q=22.04,P=0.0241);经亚组分析,分离菌株组的准确性高于痰标本组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论分子线性探针法诊断耐多药结核病具有较高的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of molecular linear probe method in diagnosis of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis using Meta analysis method.Methods MetaDiSc1.4 software was used to analyse 11 independent studies.Results Heterogeneity caused by non-threshold effect was found among the 11 researches.Fitted sROC curve,AUC = 0.9820,Q index = 0.9410 and pooled diagnosis odd ratio = 366.71(Cochran-Q = 22.04,P = 0.0241) showed high diagnosis accuracy of molecular linear probe method.The subgroup analysis showed that the isolates group had higher accuracy than sputum sample group,and the difference had statistical significance(P = 0.000).Conclusion Molecular linear probe method had high accuracy in diagnosis of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
