摘要 目的分析天津市近3年流感活动情况及流行株构成特点,为流感防控提供参考。方法采集哨点医院流感样病例的咽拭子标本,流感病毒核酸检测阳性标本接种MDCK细胞进行病毒分离,以红细胞凝集及凝集抑制试验对分离的病毒进行鉴定和分型。结果共采集标本1867份,分离出流感毒株436株,新甲型H1N1、A(H3N2)和B型毒株均有发现。2011年-2012年以B型为流行优势株,其它两个监测周期的主要流行株则为A型,表现为A(H3N2)亚型及新甲型H1N1亚型毒株交替流行的特点。结论天津地区2010年4月-2013年3月流感流行表现为A(H3N2)、新甲型H1N1、B型流感病毒依次先后交替流行的特点。 Objective To analyze the influenza activity and composition features of the epidemic strains in Tianjin area in the past three years,providing a reference for influenza prevention and control.Methods Throat swab specimens were collected from the ILI cases of the sentinel hospitals.Influenza virus nucleic acid testing positive specimens were isolated by MDCK cells.The identification of the isolates was carried out with hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests.Results A total of 1867throat swab specimens were collected for detection,and 436 strains of influenza virus were isolated,including new A(H1N1) subtype,A(H3N2) subtype and B type strains.B type strains appeared as predominant strains in the monitoring cycle from April2011 to March 2012,but in the other two monitoring cycles,the predominant strains were A type influenza virus,A(H3N2) subtype and the new A(H1N1) subtype were characterized by alternating apperance.Conclusion Influenza A(H3N2),new influenza A(H1N1),influenza B were predominant strains in turn in Tianjin area from April 2010 to March 2013.
