摘要
腹腔脂肪型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin),是一种新发现的脂肪因子,具有胰岛素增敏效应,主要由内脏脂肪组织产生。Vaspin与肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病等有关。Vaspin不仅可改善胰岛素敏感性和糖耐量,还可抑制血管炎症反应。这为上述相关代谢性疾病提供了新的治疗方向。本研究对Vaspin的研究进展作一综述。
Visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor (Vaspin), has been recently identified as a novel adipokine with insulin-sensitizing effects, which is predominantly secreted from visceral adipose tissues. A number of studies have demonstrated that Vaspin level is associated with obesity, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases and so on. Vaspin not only promotes insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance, but also inhibits vascular inflammation. These findings provide a new therapeutic direction of related diseases mentioned above. This paper is aimed to review the recent progress in Vaspin research.
