摘要
本文将高校近年来突发事件的类型和高危人群进行了归类整理,并分析造成这些事故的原因,在此基础上,我们一方面要妥善处理,降低损失和影响,另一方面从学会应急管理、积极预防以及积极干预三个角度谈了辅导员在此类事件中的应对策略与方法。期望能够对一线辅导员的高校学生工作提供一定借鉴。
In the paper, emergent cases and high risk groups ap-pearing in high schools in recent years are clarified, and the causes of student accidents are analyzed. On one hand, we should deal with the problems positively to control the damages and neg-ative impacts, and on the other hand, we should also learn to master, as grass-rooted student instructors, the tactics and meth-ods to cope with the accidents from the aspects of emergency prevention, emergency intervention and emergency management. The paper is intended to provide some references for student in-structors in high schools.
