液压管路消波器模态分析与结构设计

摘要 利用有限元方法对几种液压消波器进行了有预应力模态分析,得到了消波器的前10阶固有频率,并以此为依据对消波器结构进行了改进。仿真显示:改进后的结构固有频率远离了脉动频率,因此在实际工作中更不易于与流体脉动产生谐振。该结果为进一步对消波器进行声学分析,从而改进消波器结构提供了理论依据。 Finite element method was used to make the prestressed modal analysis for some kind of different hydraulic muffler structures. The muffler was redesigned according to the first ten order natural frequencies gotten by the prestressed modal analysis. The results indicate that the natural frequency of the improved structure is far more than fluid pulse frequency,so the resonation is more un-likely to happen. The results provide basis for further acoustic analysis and design improvement of muffler.
