摘要
[目的]比较常见的3属7品种冷季型草坪草耐盐性。[方法]利用不同浓度的盐胁迫,在自然光照土培条件下培养,根据其发芽率、成苗指数(GI)、相对成苗指数(RGI)、幼苗绝对活力指数(GVI)和幼苗相对活力指数(RGVI),以及苗高相对平均值的综合分析,分析不同品种冷季型草坪草品种耐盐性。[结果]不同冷季型草坪草耐盐性的强弱顺序结果表明,萌发期内总的耐盐性首相Ⅱ(黑麦草)>爱神特(黑麦草)>美洲虎(高羊茅)>TNT组合(高羊茅)>尤瑞那(高羊茅)>百琪(紫羊茅)>兰肯(早熟禾),苗生长期内总的耐盐性首相Ⅱ(黑麦草)>爱神特(黑麦草)>尤瑞那(高羊茅)>TNT组合(高羊茅)>美洲虎(高羊茅)>百琪(紫羊茅)>兰肯(早熟禾)。[结论]研究结果为草坪建植提供了技术参考。
[Objective]The aim was to compare the salt tolerance of seven breeds of cold-season turf grasses. [Method]According to the germination percentage, growth index (GI), relative growth index (RGI), growth vigor index (GVI) and relative growth vigor index (RGVI) as well as the relative height of the seedling, the salt tolerance of differ- ent grasses were compared. [Result] The results indicated that the order of the salt tolerance in germination time of seven breeds was Premier II 〉Accent〉Jaguar 〉 Youruina〉TNT〉Bargena〉Blue kentuchy, and the order of the salt tolerance Of sev- en breeds in the growth period was Pre- mier II 〉Aceent〉Youruina〉TNT〉Jag- uar 〉Bargena〉Blue kentuchy. [Conclu- sion] The results provided technical references for the turf establishment.
