摘要 经皮氧分压(TcPO2)作为一种无创、相对精确的检查方法,以其直接反应微循环情况、预测糖尿病足(DF)下肢缺血情况、观察不同治疗方式的效果、确定截肢平面等优势在临床上应用越来越多,但因其为非侵入性检查方法,故在DF诊治上仍需进一步改善。 [Summary] Transcutaneous oxygen pressure measurement,TcPO2,as a noninvasive and relatively accurate method for inspection,nowadays is used more widely.It has advantages in reflecting the conditions of microcirculation,predicting the diabetic foot (DF) lower limb ischemia,observing the effect of different treatments,and determining the level of amputation.However,because of its noninvasiveness,there are still some defects on the diagnosis of DF.It should be further improved.
