超声振动铣削加工切削温度有限元仿真研究 被引量:5

Finite element simulation study on cutting temperature for ultrasonic vibration milling

摘要 基于温度场控制理论,建立了反映温度场分布的超声振动铣削有限元模型。对比分析了有无超声振动条件的铣削加工刀具温度场,进一步研究了加工参数(振动频率、振幅、铣削速度和每齿进给量)对铣刀温度的影响规律。仿真结果分析表明,施加超声振动后刀具温度明显降低,升高振动频率或振幅有助于降低刀具温度,增大铣削速度或每齿进给量会导致刀具温度上升,当铣削速度接近或超过临界切削速度时,振动辅助切削的优越性会变得很微弱。
