摘要 研究数字医学领域仿真手术问题,为加强外科虚拟手术平台的体验度和人性化交互,辅助并普及虚拟手术仿真训练与教学,提出基于虚拟现实、红外感应、立体视觉和手势识别的沉浸式手术仿真环境。采用成本低廉基于立体视觉和红外捕捉的空间交互方式,对仿真手术刀实现定位,用简便成本低的技术突破虚拟手术平台因价格高昂无法推广的瓶颈,并结合基于BP神经网络的手势识别指令,构建出结合虚拟手术操作和场景漫游功能的沉浸式手术环境。仿真结果表明,沉浸式手术环境具有仿真体验度好、现实医学应用意义强、普及容易等特点,满足医疗外科手术的模拟与训练要求。 Research the Virtual Surgery Simulation of digital medicine. To enhance the experience of the surgery platform and the human - facing interactive, assist and popularize the training and teaching of the surgery, we proposed the immersive surgery environment based on virtual reality, infrared induction, stereoscopic vision and gesture recognition. We used the partial interaction of the stereoscopic and infrared capturing equipment to positioning, built the immersive surgery environment with scene roaming and the surgery operation with the gesture recognition based on the BP neural network. Experiment results demonstrate that the system, with the superiority of high emulate spend, practical application and popularizing rate, can be applied in the surgery training and studying with high emulation and clinical value.
