摘要 白内障是我国重要的致盲眼病,由于药物治疗白内障目前尚未有突破性进展,因此现今唯一的有效方法就是手术摘除混浊的晶体植入人工晶体。多焦点人工晶体(MIOL)是近年来出现的新型人工晶体,由于它的设计方式独特,入射光通过后可以产生远近两个焦点,其在提供良好的全程视力的同时,使患者拥有更佳的视觉质量;并且随着白内障手术及人工晶体各方面技术的发展成熟,而能够广泛应用于临床。该文将从MIOL的分类与设计原理及其在临床中应用的进展情况展开综述。 Cataract is an important cause of blindness in China, owing to lack breakthrough in drug treat- ment of cataract, the effective method is using the surgical way of removing the cloudy lens and implanting IOL. Multi-focal intraocular lens is a new type of artificial crystal in recent years, due to its unique design of generating two focuses of far and near, while providing the full range of vision, a more visual quality can also be achieved ; along with the maturing of the cataract surgery and intraocular lens technology, it can be widely used in clinical. Here is to make a review of the progress in multi-focal intraocular lens from classification, design principles and the application in clinical.
