摘要
以Cu(NO3)2·3H2O和六亚甲基四胺为原料,采用常压加热法(90℃)制备了氧化铜材料。用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜对材料的结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,反应3 h后所得氧化铜具有刺状形貌,恒流充放电测试显示,材料具有较好的电化学性能,在50 mA/g的电流密度下,首次充电比容量为814 mAh/g。此外,制备材料具有较好的倍率性能。
Copper oxide (CuO) was prepared at 90℃ under ambient pressure, with Cu ( NO3 ) 2 3 H2 0 and methenamine as raw materials. The obtained material was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scan ning electron microscopy. Results showed that the product obtained after reacting for 3 h was spiny CuO. The constant current charge-discharge measurement indicated that the as-prepared material showed prefer able electrochemical properties. CuO Anode exhibited an initial charge capacity of 814 mAh/g at the cur rent density of 50 mA/. Moreover, the material presented good rate properties.
