摘要 软木塞污染会影响葡萄酒的感官品质,2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚(TCA)是葡萄酒软木塞主要的污染物质之一。综述了利用气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS)分析检测软木塞及葡萄酒中TCA的研究进展,重点阐述了各种TCA的萃取浓缩技术、萃取浓缩与GC-MS检测联用技术和TCA的消除,为我国实现软木塞及葡萄酒中TCA分析检测标准化奠定基础。 Cork taint will deteriorate the sensory quality of grape wine. TCA is one of the main pollutanta of cork. In this paper, the research pro- cess in the detection of TCA in grape wine and corks by GC-MS was reviewed. Especially, the extraction and concentration techniques of TCA, TCA extraction combined with GC-MS, and TCA elimination were introduced in details. All the research could lay the foundation for standard- ized detection of TCA in wine and wine corks in China.
