摘要
为适应21世纪医学发展以及培养创新医学人才的需要,保证校级、省级、国家级大学生创新性实验计划项目顺利进行,经过不断探索和实践,作者在大学生创新性实验计划项目的实验室管理方面做了一些有益探索,如:实验室注册、实验仪器使用前培训、使用预约及登记、实验经费、耗材和试剂规范管理、创新实验档案专人管理以及实验室安全管理等行之有效的管理措施。为各级科研创新实验项目的有序开展提供了一个良好的实验环境和研究平台,保证了它们的顺利完成,提高了教学质量。
In order to adapt to the medical development in the 21st century and the neea or cumvaung innovative medical talents and to make the Undergraduates Innovating Experiment Project of Univer- sity, Province and Nation go smoothly, in laboratory management of medical undergraduates innova- ting experimentation project, we have done some beneficial exploration and taken some effective measures such as registration, user training, making an appointment and registration for laboratory instruments, standard management of experimental funds, consumables, reagents and documents, and laboratory safety management. This provides a good experimental environment and research plat- form for the orderly conduct of all innovatiing experiment project, ensures them smooth completion, promotes the teaching reform of the higher education and improves the teaching quality greatly.
