摘要
目的:以科学的管理方法,将"5S"管理思路引入护理管理中,达到提高工作效率和护理质量,规范管理,提高护士自身素质。方法:将"5S"即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养再加上这次提出的生活护理和健康宣教引入优质护理工作的各个环节中,强化服务流程,根据护理部制定的护理技术质量标准,每项护理质量≥90%为合格。结果:将实施"5S"管理应用于优质护理后,与前一年同期相比,护理质量均有上升(P<0.05),护理管理效果增强,优质护理活动环节质量控制增强。结论:创新优质护理管理模式,创新优质护理服务理念,创新优质护理精神,体现护理勤俭美德,社会效益提高。
Objective To the scientific management method,the ＂5S＂ management idea into nursing management,improve working efficiency and nursing quality, standardized management,improve the nurse diathesis.Methods The ＂5S＂ is finishing,rectify, cleaning,cleaning,literacy and life care and health education on the introduction of high quality nursing work,strengthen the service process,according to the nursing quality standard established by nursing department,each item of quality of care for more than 90% qualified.Results The implementation of ＂5S＂ management was applied in nursing quality, compared with the same period a year earlier, the nursing quality was increased（P 〈 0.05）,enhanced care and management,enhance the quality of mlrsing care activities in process quality control.Conclusion High quality of nursing management mode innovation,innovation of high quality nursing service concept,innovation quality care spirit,reflect the nursing thrifty virtue,social benefit.
