摘要
用单柱非抑制型离子色谱法,以酒石酸+吡啶二羧酸作为淋洗液,同时分离和测定矿泉水中Li+、Sr2+、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+6种阳离子。探讨了淋洗液浓度与离子保留时间的关系,选择了最佳的色谱分离条件,用于矿泉水试样的分析,得到满意结果。该法具有检测成本低、方便、快速、准确等优点。
Separation and determination of six cations simultaneously m mineral water including Li+, Sr2+ , Na+, K+, Mg3+ and Ca2+ by single column nonsuppressed ion chromatography, tartaric acid and dipicolinic acid as the eluent. Explore the relationship between the concentration of the eluent and ion retention time; select the optimal chromatographic condition for the analysis of the mineral sample, and obtain the satisfactory results. This method has the advantages of low-cost detection, convenience, celerity, acctwaW, etc.
