摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品中硼含量的方法。通过比较湿法消解、干法消解和微波消解三种前处理方法对测定硼含量的结果,结果发现样品的微波消解前处理方法效果最佳。在仪器最佳操作条件下,食品中硼含量检测的线性范围在0-2mg/L之间;检出限(LOD5)为0.00254mg/L;回收率在89.00%-97.50%之间;相对标准偏差(RsD)〈5.0%。该方法具有准确灵敏、简捷快速的特点,能够应对大量食品中硼含量的抽检任务。
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectromeuy determination of boron content in food. By comparing the wet digestion, dry digestion and microwave digestion the results of the three pre-trealment method for the determination of boron content and found that the microwave digestion of the sample pre-treatment method works best. In optimum operating conditions, the linear range of detection of the boron content in food in between 0 to 2 mg / L, limit of detection (LODs) is 0.002 54 mg/L, recoveries in the range of 89.00% to 97.50%, relative standard deviation (RSD) 〈5.0%,4. The method is accurate and sensitive, simple and quick, able to cope with a large number of food sampling of boron task.
