摘要
将丙烯酸十二酯分别与第二单体(丙烯腈、马来酸酐)进行共聚:单体摩尔比0.95/0.05~0.7/o.3、聚合溶剂用量30%~60%、引发剂用量0.4%~1.0%、聚合温度70~100℃、聚合时间2~5h。实验结果表明,丙烯酸十二酯与马来酸酐共聚物降凝度为11~20℃,丙烯酸十二酯与丙烯腈共聚物降凝度为9~16℃;用120“溶剂汽油作聚合溶剂与100SN基础油作聚合溶剂的丙烯酸十二酯与马来酸酐共聚物在润滑油基础油中的降凝效果基本相当;马来酸酐与丙烯酸十二酯的共聚物的降凝效果明显优于丙烯腈与丙烯酸十二酯的共聚物的降凝效果。丙烯酸十二酯与丙烯腈、马来酸酐的共聚物都有较好的降凝效果,可作润滑油降凝剂使用。
The polymerization process of dodecyl acrylate with the second monomer, acrylonitrile or maleic anhydride monomer, was investigated. The polymerization reaction took place at 70 - 100 ℃ for 2 - 5 h with the molar ratio acrylate to acrylonitrile of 0.95 to 0.05, acrylate to maleic anhydride of 0.7 to 0. 3, 30- 60% of 120% solvent oil or 100SN base oil as solvents, and in the presence of 0.4%-1.0 % of initiator to initiate polymerization. The copolymer with maleic anhydride could lower pour point of the lubricant ranging from 11 to 20 ℃ and with acrylonitrile monomer lower pour point ranging from 9 to 16 ℃. In addition, the employed solvents of polymerization, 120% solvent oil or 100SN base oil, for the copolymer derived from maleic anhydride monomer have similar effect to reduce pour point. Compared to the copolymer derived from acrylonitrile, the copolymer from the maleic anhydride monomer found to be more effective in lowering the pour point of the lubrication oil. Both the acrylate copolymers have good performance when used as pour point depressants to significantly reduce the pour point of the lubrication oil.
