摘要
以氯球、二乙烯三胺、1,3-二溴丙烷、三苯基膦为原料,合成了一种新型氯球接枝季铵季鏻基固体杀菌剂。采用正交实验设计,以大肠杆菌杀菌率为指标,筛选出效果最佳杀菌剂产物。采用红外光谱对其结构进行确定,并考察了其对异养菌的杀菌性能。结果表明:当投药量为80mg/L时,反应接触时间为60min,pH值为6时,大肠杆菌的杀菌率可达95.5%。
A new type of solid bactericide with quaternary phosphonium-ammonium salt was synthesized by using chloromethylated bead, diethylenetriamine, 1,3-dibromopropane and triphenylphos- phine as raw materials. The orthogonal experiment was designed to select the product with the best antibacterial activity by using sterilization rate of E. coli as index. The structure of the product was detected by IR, and its antibacterial activity on heterotrophic bacterium was tested. The results of experiments show that the sterilization rate can be 95.5% when drug dosage is 80 mg/L, contact time is 60 min and pH is about 6.
