摘要
目的对杨叶肖槿进行生药学鉴别。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法。结果杨叶肖槿的性状特征为:叶下表面被鳞毛;茎皮和叶经浸泡后,手搓有黏腻感;显微特征:根韧皮部筛管群与纤维束层状相间排列;茎中柱鞘纤维束帽状;皮层及髓部均具分泌腔;叶主脉维管束外韧型,新月状,散有分泌腔,薄壁细胞内含草酸钙簇晶,上表皮细胞间有黏液细胞分布;叶上表皮无气孔,下表皮气孔密集,不定式,被星状毛;粉末中可见星状毛、分泌腔碎片、不定式气孔和晶鞘纤维;理化特征:醇提液酚类、黄酮类的定性检查均为正反应。结论上述特征可作为杨叶肖槿药材鉴定的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To study on the pharmacognostic identification of Thespesia populnea. METHODS Pharmacognosy char- acters ,microscopic and physicochemical identification were used. RESULTS Characteristics:leaves are covered by stellate hairs on the lower surface and immersion greasiness can be sensed when the bark and leaves are twisted by hands. Microscopic characteristics: Root phloem ray is wide with fiber bundles and sieve tubes distributing alternately. Phloem of stem is narrow, and pericycle fiber bundles are cap- shaped and the internal fiber bundles are often in concentric arrangement but discontinuous in ring. Secretory cavities are found in cortex and pith, and leaf principal vein is collateral vascular bundle with crescent shape, and secretory cavities are found in principal vein of leaf. Calcium oxalate cluster crystals are found in some parenehyma cells while mucous cells distribute between epider- mal cells. Upper epidermis of leaf without stomata show straight cell vertical perisporium and the lowers which are covered by stellate hair are slightly bending with dense stomas. Stellate hairs, secretory cavity, infinitive stomata and crystal sheath fibers are found in the powder. CONCLUSION All above mentioned characteristics can be used as references for the identification of medicinal materials.
