摘要
考察了制样条件对抗冲共聚聚丙烯(牌号为SP179)悬臂梁冲击强度测试结果的影响,通过分析比较,得出了最佳制样条件。最佳制样条件为:原料放置干燥1 h、注射温度200℃、注射速率195 mm/s、注射时间10 s、注射压力4 MPa。
It was investigated that the influence of sampling condition on result of analysis with Izod impact strength for impact copolymer polypropylene and the best sample condition obtained. The best one was 1 hour for the sample dried, 200 ℃ of the injecting temperature, 195 mm/s of injecting rate, 10 s for injecting time and 4 MPa of injecting pressure.
