摘要
采用数字化设计手段,以Access数据库为后台支撑、Visual Studio为开发环境、C#为开发工具,开发了一套基于薄壁零件充液成形工艺过程的知识库系统,并对其体系结构、实现方法及关键技术进行分析。知识库系统对充液成形过程中的工艺进行参数化构建,方便用户在基于充液成形对薄壁零件进行数值模拟时对知识和以往设计经验数据的快速重用,生成充液成形工艺参数优化方案。以数据库和有限元模型为基础,实现对薄壁钣金零件充液成形质量的预测,同时达到辅助计算和快速设计,提高效率的目的。
Utilizing the digital design method, and supported by Access data base and Visual Studio exploitation envi- ronment as well as the exploitation tool C #, a knowledge-based system of the hydroforming process of thin-walled parts was exploited. Also the structure, approaches and the central technology were analyzed. The parameter structure for hydroforming process was established by the base, which makes users be convenient on the simulation about the thin-walled parts hydroforming process using the former design experience, a optimization scheme for the process was created. Based on the base and finite element model, the predication for the thin-walled parts forming quality was real- ized and the auxiliary calculation, rapid design and improvement of the efficiency were achieved.
