摘要
以200MN挤压机为研究对象,针对挤压过程中活动横梁的速度控制问题,采用了一种适用于变负载的控制策略,并根据现有的节流调速系统,建立了完整的速度控制系统模型,得出不同节流阀开启度和不同负载的速度响应曲线。分析传统PID控制的不足,设计叠加模糊PID控制器,利用Simulink对系统进行仿真得出了速度动态曲线,并对比不同策略下的速度控制情况。仿真结果表明:采用模糊PID控制能够有效地控制挤压速度的超调量和稳定性。
Taking the 200 MN extrusion press as the research object, the complete model of speed control system was established using a kind of applicable control strategy for variable load and the existing throttle governing system to re- solve the problem of speed control of movable beam in the extrusion process, the speed response curves with different opening degrees of throttle value and different loads were obtained. The deficiency of traditional PID control was ana- lyzed, and the superposition fuzzy PID controller was designed. By simulation to the system with Simulink, the dynam- ic speed curve was obtained, and the speed control under different strategies was contrasted. The results show that the fuzzy PID control can effectively control the extrusion speed overshoot and stability.
