摘要 为提高对苯二甲酸–乙二醇–1,4–环己烷二甲醇共聚物(PETG)的平均分子量和熔体黏度,改善其成型工艺性能和使用性能,以国内试产PETG为研究对象,分别考察了γ–辐照、交联–扩链和固相聚合等方法对PETG的特性黏数和熔体流动速率的影响。结果表明,三种方法对PETG均有增黏作用,其中,以甲苯二异氰酸酯作交联–扩链剂的反应挤出和固相聚合是增黏PETG较为适宜的方法。 In order to increase the average molecular weight and melt viscosity of poly(ethylene terephthalate glycol)(PETG), and improve its melt forming technology,the effects ofγ-irradiation,crosslinking-chain extention and solid-state polymerization on the limiting viscosity number and melt flow rate of domestic PETG were investigated.The results show that three kinds of methods all have the function of increasing the viscosity for PETG,and crosslinking-chain extention with toluene diisocyanate through reaction extrusion and solid phase polymerization is the most effective method.
