摘要
用转矩流变仪分别研究了聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、高密度聚乙烯基木塑复合材料的转矩流变行为。结果表明,木粉用量是影响复合材料流变性的主要因素,随着木粉用量的增加,木塑复合材料的最大扭矩和平衡扭矩都提高,导致体系的流动性变差;采用偶联剂处理木粉和加入增容剂有助于改善体系的流动性;加入润滑剂也有利于熔体的流动。
Rheology behaviors ofPVC, PP and PE-HD based wood-plastic composites were investigated by torque rheometer. The results show that wood powder content is the primary factor affecting rheology behavior. With the increase of wood powder content, the maximum torsional and equilibrium torque are improved, while fluidity is decreased. Processing fluidity of composite can be improved by adding coupling agent, compatibilizer and lubricant.
