摘要 以高岭土、钠水玻璃、双氧水为主要原料制备地质聚合物轻质发泡保温材料,研究了双氧水用量、稳泡剂用量、水玻璃模数及用量和养护温度对材料抗压强度、体积密度及吸水性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)对其物相组成进行了分析,并对其导热系数进行了测试。研究结果表明:当双氧水用量为0.25%,硬脂酸用量为0.75%,养护温度为25℃,水玻璃模数为1.2,水玻璃用量为50%时,地质聚合物轻质发泡保温材料的性能最佳,抗压强度和体积密度分别为8.8 MPa和0.72 g/cm3。材料的吸水量随着双氧水用量增加而增大,且所制备出的材料导热系数最低能达到0.10 W/(m·K),具有很好的隔热效果。 Metakaolin based geopolymeric lightweight foaming insulation materials were prepared with kaolin,water glass,hy- drogen peroxide as main raw materials. The effects of hydrogen peroxide content,foam stabilizer content,modulus of water glass, water glass content and curing temperature on compressive strength,bulk density and water absorbing capacity were investigated. Phase composition of geopolymers was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermal conductivity was also tested. The results show that the property of prepared materials is the best when hydrogen peroxide content is 0.25%,stearic acid content is 0.75%, curing temperature is 25 ~C, modulus of water glass is 1.2 and water glass content is 50%, the corresponding compressive strength and bulk density are 8.8 MPa and 0.72 g/cm3 respectively. Water absorbing capacity of the materials increases with the increase of hydrogen peroxide content. The lowest thermal conductivity of the materials can reach 0.10W/(mK),which shows a very good in- sulation effect.
