摘要
以南方电网公司工作人员的情报搜寻行为为样本,探索了大型国有电网企业用户的情报获取动因。从工作任务、资质资历、情报依赖等角度进行了交叉分析。结果显示,大型国有电网企业用户的情报搜寻行为普遍具有明确的目的和任务驱动性。不同的变量将会对其需求产生一定影响。作者分别从企业情报平台的功能设计、用户培训等角度提出了对策建议。
Based on the information seeking behavior of users in China Southern Power Grid, the study explores the user motivations for information acquisition in large state-owned power grid enterprise, and ana- lyzes it from the point of work task, qualification and the dependence on information. The results show the users of large state-owned powr grid enterprise usually have clear purposes and needs, and different varia- bles have some impact on them. At last, the authors propose some suggestions to the function design of in- formation platform and user training respectively.
