摘要
半夏泻心汤在现代临床中,广泛应用于消化性溃疡。文章就其针对消化性溃疡疾病治疗的实验研究资料作以综述,并借以从促进胃黏膜损害修复、促进溃疡愈合期胃泌素分泌、抗幽门螺杆菌、调节胃肠动力、调节神经肽P物质等方面探讨和阐明其作用机制,以期为传统中药方剂的开发利用提供依据。
Banxia Xinxin Decoction is widely used to treat peptic ulcer in modem clinical practice. The essay is to review the experiment data of Banxia Xiexin Decoction treating peptic ulcer and to discuss and explain the mechanism from repairing stomach mucosa, promoting secretion of gastrin during ulcer healing period, anti -Hp, regulating gastrointestinal motility and neuropeptide substance P, hoping to provide reference for developing traditional Chinese prescriptions.
