摘要
以高温、高速角接触球轴承常用铜合金保持架和耐高温聚酰亚胺保持架为研究对象,探讨了保持架材料性能、轴承转速及工作温度等对保持架引导间隙的影响。试验结果表明:高温、高速轴承引导间隙的设计值与保持架材料密切相关。
Taking frequently- used copper alloy and high temperature resistant polyimide cages for high temperature and high speed angle contact ball bearing as the research object,the influences of material properties of cages,rotating speed and working temperature of bearings on guide clearance of cages are discussed. The results show that the design value of guide clearance for high temperature and high speed bearings is closely depended on materials of cages.
