摘要
设计了一种基于热型连铸单晶铜杆的制备方法,借助于伺服控制技术,实现了生产过程的自动化控制。所生产出的产品表面光滑、导电性极佳、延展性良好,具有实际应用价值。
A single crystal copper manufacturing method was designed based on ohno continuous casting. Using servo control technology, the automation control of the production process can be realized. The surface of single crystal copper is smooth, well electrical conductivity and ductility.
