摘要
在切槽棒料加工曲轴的基础上,设计了光棒加工曲轴的工艺;建立了光棒镦锻的有限元模型,模拟得出了镦锻力。以此为基础展开对抗拉螺杆的设计,分析了螺杆的应力、刚度和可靠性。
On the basis of the crankshaft processed by the grooved round bar steel, the technology of the crankshaft processed by smooth round bar steel was designed. The FE model of the smooth round bar steel upsetting was established. Upsetting force was obtained by simulation. On the basis of this, the tensile bolts were designed. The stress, stiffness and stability of the bolts were analyzed.
