摘要
通过浸渍、沉淀、煅烧的方法制备了氧化锰/AT复合材料,并通过SEM对其结构进行了观察,表明氧化锰负载在凹凸棒土表面。研究了氧化影AT复合材料的煅烧温度、锰的负载量以及用量对硫化物去除率的影响,结果显示:在0~300℃内,随着煅烧温度的升高,硫化物的去除率有所提高;当煅烧温度超过300℃,去除率随着温度的升高反而有所降低。在处理硫离子浓度为450mg/L的硫化钠模拟废水时,氧化锰/AT复合材料的用量选择为ra(5%Mn—AT)/m(Na2S)=4.7(g/g)时,具有较好的去除效果。
The attapulgite/manganese oxide composites were prepared by impregnation, precipitation and calcination process The morphology was observed by SEM, and it shows that there can be manganese oxide particles on the surface of the attapulgite. The influence of different calcination temperature, manganese oxide loading, and dosage of compositesability on sulphide removal rate from solution was studied. The results show that with the increasing calcination temperature from 0℃ to 300℃, the removal of sulphide of the composites increases slightly. When the heating temperature was over 300℃, the removal of sulphide decreases with the increase of heating temperature. As far as the solution with 450 mg/L sodium sulfide, the S2- can be effectively removed using the composite with 5% manganese loading at the dosage m(5% Mn- AT) / m(Na2S) = 4.7(g/g).
