摘要
甘草浸膏的制备多采用水回流法,生产周期长,溶媒用量大,甘草酸收率低。本研究以含氨0.5%的10%乙醇溶液作萃取剂,采用连续提取工艺,甘草酸收率可达11%以上,较水回流法提高约8%,提取时间缩短近一半,液固比从14:1降低至6:1,而且产品内在质量明显提高。
The producing procession of extractum glycyrrhizae usually adopts water reflux method. This procession needs a long period of production, a large quantity of solvents, and low rate of return of glycyrrhiric acid. In the paper,by using 10% alcohol solution with 0. 5 % ammonia as extraction solvent, and adopting continuous extraction technology,more than 11 % rate of return of glycyrrhizic acid can be attained,approximately 8 % higher than water reflux method, the extraction time can be nearly half shortened, and liquid solid ratio decreased from 14: 1 to 6: 1, and internal quality of products has been improved. The continuous extraction technology is that heated solvents in evaporator enter extractor in which temperature was controlled within 50- 55℃, when solvents in extractor reach some altitude. They return to evaporator again, maximum differential concentration of solid-liquid phase is constant.
