摘要
在改进两点法的基础上 ,对不同约化散射系数与吸收系数之比 ( (μ's/μa)的生物组织进行了模拟测量。结果表明有效时间决定于生物组织的光学特性和探测位置 ,μ's/μa值一定时 ,有效时间随光源和探测点间的距离增大而增大 ;光源和探测点的距离一定是 ,有效时间随 μ's/μa值的减小而增大 。
On the basis of the improved two-detectors method, the simulated measurement was carried out for the biological tissues with different ratios of reduced scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient (μ' s /μ a ). The results indicate that the useful time is determined by the detecteed site and the optical properties of biological tissuse. With constant μ' s /μ a , the useful time increases with the distancse between the source and detected site; When the distance between the source and detected site is not changed, the useful time increases with the decreasing of the μ' s /μ a , vice versa.
