摘要
本文简述了我国葛根资源的分布、葛根的生物学特性、主要化学成分及医疗作用和营养保健功能以及葛根资源的利用现状 ,对葛根生物技术产业的前景进行了分析 ,并介绍了葛根的加工利用方法。
The distribution of Puerariae radix resources in China,the biology characteristics,the main chemical composition of Puerariae radix and its medical functions and nutritional functions,as well as the utilization situation of puerariae radix in China were briefly described in this paper.In addition,the prospect of uerariae radix biotechnology industry was discussed.The ways of uerariae radix processing were also introduced.
