摘要
DD3mRNA仅表达在正常的前列腺组织及前列腺肿瘤组织,且在前列腺癌组织中表达量显著增高,对前列腺癌的早期诊断上其特异性及敏感性要明显优于血清PSA,使用DD3基因检测使前列腺疾病患者的活检率降低了49%。DD3mRNA具有高度的前列腺癌特异性,可以减少许多不必要的前列腺穿刺活检,有着较好的临床应用前景。
DD3mRNA was only expressed in normal prostate tissues and prostate tumor tissues, and the expression a- mount in prostate cancer tissues increased significantly. The specificity and sensitivity of DD3mRNA for the early diagnosis of prostate cancer were obviously superior to the serum PSA. The biopsy rate of prostate patients was reduced by 49% with the application of DD3 genetic test. DD3mRNA had a high degree of specificity for testing prostate cancer, and it could re- duce the unnecessary prostate biopsy, which had a good prospect for clinical application.
