摘要
目的 了解宜春市儿童预防接种门诊现况,分析信息化建设对免疫规划工作的影响.方法 全市各级预防接种门诊添置电脑、打印机等硬件设备,安装并使用儿童预防接种信息管理系统国家接种点客户端软件,实现接种信息的个案管理,完成向国家信息管理平台的数据上传及交换.调查宜春市辖区内儿童预防接种门诊基本情况,随机调查450名儿童家长满意度情况,收集宜春市2006～2012年免疫规划工作年报表,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析.结果 2012年设有乡级以上接种门诊200所,村级接种点232个,覆盖人口总数为5 661 232人.2007～2012年按日接种的单位数及按日接种门诊覆盖人口数较2006年有较大的增长.2007～2012年预防接种工作人员配置由2006年的服务总人口的1.63/万增加到2.88/万.2012年100％的儿童预防接种门诊完成信息化建设.92.86％的家长对接种门诊的服务表示满意.结论 信息化建设促进了免疫规划工作,使儿童预防接种门诊各方面得到改善,服务水平及服务质量大有提高.
Objective To understand the status quo of children＇s vaccination clinics in Yichun and analyze the effect of informationization on immunization planning.Methods The the access to computers,printers and other hardware was gained to vaccination clinics at all levels in Yichun.The software of national vaccination units from the information management system of children＇s vaccination was installed and utilized.The management of individual vaccination information was realized and the data uploading and exchange with the national information management platform was accomplished.The basic condition of children＇s vaccination clinics in Yichun was investigated.450 parents were randomly surveyed on their satisfaction.The annual report of immunization planning from 2006 to 2012 in Yichun was collected and analyzed via descriptive epidemiological method.Results In 2012,there were 200 vaccination clinics at township level and above,and 232 clinics at village level,all of which covered 5 661 232 people.The number of units and people who were vaccinated daily in vaccination clinics from 2007 to 2012 was significantly higher than that in 2006.The amount of vaccination staff increased from 1.63/10 000 in 2006 to 2.88/10 000 in 2012.In 2012,100% of children＇s vaccination clinics completed informationization.92.86% of parents were satisfactory to the service of the clinics.Conclusion The informationization promotes the immunization planning and strengthens every aspect of children＇s vaccination clinics,in which the service level and quality improves significantly.
