摘要
文章借助城镇化与生态保护之间的反馈环路理论,分析了传统城镇化进程中带来的生态危机的原因,以及新型城镇化何以能避免生态危机的机制。文章在此基础上提出了新型城镇化实现过程中必须注意处理好的政府与市场的关系问题,以及以人为本的终极价值取向的落实问题。
The article with the help of a feedback loop between urbanization and ecological protection theory, analyzes the traditional urbanization process in the cause of ecological crisis, and the new urbanization can avoid the mechanism of ecological crisis. The article puts forward that in the new urbanization process we must pay attention to handling well the relationship between the government and the market, and the ultimate value orientation of people-oriented.
