摘要
文章首先分析了我国新能源汽车企业的宏观、中观和微观特征,然后在此基础上总结了新能源汽车企业现有的融资特点。作为资金密集型的新能源汽车企业,获得持续发展必须突破资金瓶颈。文章针对新能源汽车企业在不同生命周期的发展重点,提出了相对应的融资策略,以减少融资成本。
We analyze the characteristics Of Chinese new energy automobile manufactures in three aspects: macro, medium and micro-levels first. Then we summarize the existing traits of their financing strategies based on it. As capital-intensive, the new energy auto manufactures need to break through the founding constraints for its constant development, In order to reduce costs, we improve the corresponding financing strategies for the new energy auto manufactures with different developing emphasis in different life cycle.
