摘要
基于高效液相色谱-紫外检测器技术建立了中药复方水煎服炮制液中有效成分芍药苷含量的测定方法,样品经浸泡、武火煮沸、文火煎煮后,取5mL提取液用甲醇稀释定容,过膜后测试。该方法在0~0.06mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性（r〉0.999）,平均精密度为3.72%~6.07%（n=5）,在高、中、低三水平加标测得平均加标回收率88.12%~95.82%,测试液在24h内稳定性良好。该方法有效去除了样品基质的干扰因素,具有准确、快速、可靠的特点,适合于作为白芍质量控制的标准化方法。
The HPLC-VWD method was established for determination of paeoniflori in traditional Chinese medicine produce liquid.Samples were soaked,heat to boil,simmer after boiling,5ml soaking solution is methanol,then test.The linear range of paeoniflori was 0-0.06mg/mL,r＆gt;0.999.The average recovery of paeoniflori was 88.12%~95.82%and RSD was3.72%~6.07%（n=5）.Test solution is stable in 24hours.The method is simple,sensitive and accurte and can be used to determine paeoniflori in traditional Chinese medicine produce liquid and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
