摘要
低氧燃烧是一种提高锅炉效率的途径,但是低氧燃烧也会带来其他的影响,确定合适的氧量非常重要。以某电厂一台300 MW燃煤锅炉为研究对象,通过调整锅炉氧量,测定了锅炉不同氧量下锅炉飞灰可燃物、炉渣可燃物,以及排烟热损失和锅炉机组辅机的电耗等对锅炉效率的影响程度,提出了应对措施,为锅炉节能运行方式提供技术依据。
Low oxygen combustion can improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler,but it will also have other effects,and it is very important to determine the appropriate consumption. In this paper the study object is a 300MW coal-fired boiler in a power plant. By adjusting the oxygen in boiler,we measured the influence factors on boiler,including the combustible matter in fly ash and slag,waste heat loss and boiler auxiliary equipments' electric loss. The paper puts forward some corresponding measures based on these to provide technical basis for applications of boiler energy saving.
