中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡50例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察健胃愈疡片联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡(肝胃不和型)的临床疗效。方法:将100例消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组予奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服健胃愈疡片治疗,疗程均为6周。比较两组临床疗效、溃疡愈合率及S2期获得率。结果:两组溃疡愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床疗效及S2期获得率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:健胃愈疡片联合奥美拉唑可显著改善消化性溃疡(肝胃不和型)患者临床症状,提高溃疡愈合率,值得临床推广应用。
