摘要
本研究以蒙古族为主的低年级少数民族学生为研究对像,从民族班学生中普遍存在的问题入手,分析其原因,提出加强民族生教育、管理工作的具体措施,旨在为培养少数民族人才提供依据。
This study as the Mongolian junior minority students for the object of study, starting with the common problem in the national class, analysis the reasons, present the measures to strengthen education, management, aimed at providing the basis for the development of ethnic minority personnel.
