摘要 750kV变电站互感器误差校验系统采用绝对测量法进行互感器校验,主机和副机分别采集、调理标准互感器和被检互感器的二次信号,经过标准A/D转换的采样信号输入至计算机,由校验系统软件,即FFT快速傅里叶变换和LabVIEW程序对采样数据进行分析比较,得出被检互感器的误差,该校验系统只需分别接入标准互感器和被检互感器的二次信号即可,接线简单、操作方便。在实验室和现场分别对被检互感器进行校验,并对校验数据进行了整体比对,误差数据和比对结果符合规程规定。 Absolute measurement method is introduced in transformer error checking system of 750 kV substations.Secondary signals of standard transformers and checked transformers are collected and analyzed by host computer and auxiliary computer respectively.They are transformed to sampling signal by standard A/D converter and are inputted to the computer.Then the error of the checked transformer is acquired by the calibration system software that analyzes and compares the sample dates by LabVIEW program and fast Fourier transform (FFT).Only the secondary signals of the standard transformer and transformer checked are connected to the transformer error checking system.So wiring is simple and operation is easy.So far the transformer error checking system is used in the library and substation.The calibration data is compared,and the error data and compared results are in accordance with the regulation.
