摘要
介绍了封隔器的作用,以双胶筒压缩式封隔器为研究对象,通过Pro/E三维软件与ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件联合仿真,建立了双胶筒的有限元分析模型,得到坐封过程中胶筒与套管内壁的接触应力沿胶筒轴向分布情况,并且分析了摩擦因数、胶筒硬度和端面斜角对接触应力的影响。研究得出的结果与实际应用基本符合,具有很强的指导意义。
With double rubber cylinder compression type packer as the research object,the paper introduces the function of the packer.It established the finite element analysis model of the double rubber tube by the 3D software of Pro/E combined with the Finete Element Analysis software of ANSYS workbench.The paper gets the contact stress distuibution along the axial direction between rubber and the inner wall of the casing.Moreover,this paper analysises the influence of friction factor,rubber hardness and end angle to the contact stress.The findings are basically consistent with the practical application, has the very strong guiding significance.
