摘要
目的了解实习护生职业认同现状并分析其影响因素,为提升护生职业认同提供理论依据。方法采取方便抽样,对135名实习护生采用护士职业认同量表及自编人口学资料调查表进行测评分析。结果护生职业认同总均分为(3.88±0.57)分,各维度得分由高至低依次为职业社会支持、职业自我反思、职业挫折应对、职业社会交往技能、职业认知评价;本科生职业认同各维度得分均低于专升本及大专生(P<0.01);不同性别、是否独生子女、家庭人均收入之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);逐步多元回归结果提示:年龄、学历、职业选择与自身兴趣、实习满意度是影响护生职业认同的主要因素。结论实习期间护生是职业认知发展的关键时期,医院护理教育者应充分利用此契机,引导护生形成积极的职业认知。
Objective To investigate the professional identity for intern nurses, analyse the influential factors, and provide theoreticai evidence to increase the occupation cognition of the intern nurses. Methods A total of 135 intern nur- ses were investigate by profession table and demography table. Results The average score of professional identity was 3.88-+ 0. 57. The dimension with scores sorted from the highest to the lowest were social support of profession, self thinking of profession, frustrate reflect of profession, social skills of profession and assessment of profession. The scores of the nurses with college education degree were lower than other nurses (P^0. 01). The stepwise multivariate regres- sion analysis indicated that the age, education background, occupation selection, interest and satisfaction degree of prac- tice were the main factors that influent profession cognition of the intern nurses. Conclusion Practice procedure is the cru- cial period in the development of profession cognition of the intern nurses. Hospital nursing teachers should guide practice nurse to form positive profession cognition in their practice procedure.
