摘要
目的建立荡石胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对荡石胶囊(Dangshi capusle)中石韦、小蓟和甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定荡石胶囊中绿原酸的含量,十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(5:5:90)为流动相,检测波长:327 nm。结果石韦、小蓟和甘草薄层鉴别斑点清晰,无干扰;绿原酸在0.072-0.720μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.52%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective To establish a qualitative and quanlitative standard for Dangshi capsules. Methods Pyrrosiae folium, Cirsii herba and Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizome in Dangshi capsules were identified by TLC. To develop an HPLC method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Dangshi capsule, C 18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(5 :5 :90). The UV detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear with no interference. There was a good linearity when the concentration of chlorogenic acid was at 0.072- 0.720 μg(r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.1%, RSD = 0.52%(n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
