摘要
研究氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用胶相容性和物理陛能的影响。结果表明:随着CPE用量增大,NBR/EPDM并用胶的硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度呈增大趋势;随着ZDUA用量增大,NBR/EPDM并用胶的硬度、100%定伸应力和撕裂强度呈增大趋势,ZDMA用量过大导致胶料的拉伸强度等物理陛能下降,ZDMA用量以5~10份为宜;添加CPE或ZDMA,EPDM/NBR并用胶的相容性得到明显改善,zDMA在NB眦PDM并用胶中起补强和增容的作用。
Presented in this paper was the results from an experimental study on the influence of CPE and zinc dimethacrylate (ZDMA) on the compatibility and physical properties of the blend of NBR and EPDM. The hardness, modulus at 100% elongation, tensile strength and tear strength of the NBR/EPDM blend increased with the increase of CPE amount. The hardness, modulus at 100% elongation and tear strength also increased with the increase of ZDMA amount, but the tensile strength decreased when the ZDMA amount was high. The optimum level of ZDMA was 5-10 phr. Both CPE and ZDMA could improve the compatibility of the blend, and ZDMA could also provide reinforcement.
