摘要 MH Ni电池性能上的不足主要是由其正极的性能缺陷造成的。因此 ,为了改善MH Ni电池的性能 ,就必须首先改善其中镍电极的性能。研究了不同添加剂、导电剂、膨胀抑制剂、粘结剂添加方式和电极制作工艺对涂膏式泡沫镍电极性能的影响 ,确定了制作高性能泡沫镍电极的最优方案 :活性物质中以CoO和ZnCa复合物作为添加剂、以金属镍粉作为导电剂、以ZnO作为膨胀抑制剂 ;在粘结剂总量恒为 2 %的情况下 ,PTFE以内含和外涂相结合的方式添加 ;烘干温度5 0℃ ,轧制厚度 0 .6~ 0 .7cm ,轧压是制作高性能镍电极的最佳工艺 ;在本文所研究的工艺因素中 ,各因素对镍电极性能影响的显著性顺序为 :轧压方式 >烘干温度 >轧制厚度。 The performance of Ni MH battery was mostly determined by its positive electrode (nickel electrode). So, firstly, the performance of nickel electrode must by improved. In the present research, the effects of additives, conductive agents, swelling inhibitors, adding modes of binder and the making technologies of nickel electrode on performance were studied and the best way to make nickel electrode with high performance was determined: CoO and ZnCa compound was used as the additive, nickel powder as the conductive agent, ZnO as the swelling inhibitor, PTFE was added outside and inside of nickel electrode when the total amount of binder is fixed at 2%, stoving temperature was 50 ℃, rolling thickness was 0.6~0.7 cm and by rolling mode; the relative influence degree of the technology factors was as following: rolling mode>stoving temperature>rolling thickness.
